The walk‑in shower and induction cooktop were great, the room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had—thanks to Don & Marj 86. The only downside was jackhammer noise above us after 9 am.

I appreciated that their old, tired rooms are finally being updated, yet I stayed for 3 nights at the cost of a month's rent, so I expected my room to be refreshed daily; when I returned, crumbs still littered the counter and floor, there was no extra roll of toilet paper, the toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the window was filthy with many fingerprints—overall not up to par. The newly remodeled bathroom was a huge disappointment: it was small, still had a traditional tub you must step over, shower curtains, and no full-length mirror—only a sink‑above mirror that only shows the chest up for someone 5'2".
