The hotel is very practical for visiting the Munich Fair Messe area, especially when considering the price‑quality balance. It looks nice and stays clean. The surrounding area has supermarkets, restaurants (including a pretty good Italian place), and other facilities. The village itself is pleasant and calm. A small note: if you want daily cleaning and rearranging of your room, you must request it. A sign at the desk mentions this, so be careful not to get upset with the staff.

The food itself was okay, but the staff seemed occupied with other things besides the guests. Tables were not set and the place was dirty. Twice I found a “Ohrenkneiper” insect in the toilet, but fortunately it wasn’t in the bed. The staff’s poor language skills were a problem. Because a Volksfest was happening, the access routes were blocked. I received all kinds of welcome emails, none of which told me how to get there. Due to the staff’s bad pronunciation, they couldn’t help us. It’s one of the worst hotels I’ve experienced. Only the restaurant we went to for dinner, “Bei/Zur? Johanna,” is recommended; the hotel itself is not.

The room was pretty and practical – the bed was extremely comfortable. The safe door stayed open constantly, so the wardrobe didn’t close well. The shower could have been warmer.
