When we arrived, we couldn’t find a hotel named Sitaram Premium Royal Dot at the listed location, despite having booked it online. The agent who called after our booking offered us a different, low‑budget hotel instead. This was a fraudulent and deceptive use of the Sitaram Premium Royal Dot name.
