The mattress was as hard as concrete, the breakfast was cheap, there was no sofa bed and the sofa couldn’t be unfolded, no sheets or cushions, the toilet lid was poorly fixed, the TV was outdated, and the Wi‑Fi was extremely weak.

Clean and pleasant, good size. The location can be noisy at certain times, with people around.

Breakfast was really very good and the price was more than acceptable. The rooms were quite noisy, it seemed the window seals weren’t effective, and the neighborhood wasn’t very well frequented.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean. The location was problematic; the area around the hotel was full of drug users. I felt unsafe outside the hotel, even during the day. The hotel offered free Wi‑Fi throughout, but it worked poorly on the 4th floor.

The bed was tidy. Homeless people in the area were using drugs and were loud; you could see them live. Obviously the hotel can’t change that. The windows in room 201 don’t close completely; they’re partially defective. The bathroom fixtures are damaged by moisture and the soap dispensers need re‑fastening. Since you’re not allowed to dispose of toilet paper, a water‑cleaning option (BD shower) would be useful—Turks have a small advantage there. Cheers.
