Everything else was fine, but the hotel manager let me know that water would be cut off for a few hours, and when I tried to shower there was no water. I had to call the front desk, who then called maintenance. The lack of communication left me angry, and we couldn’t even flush the toilet. I missed an appointment because I couldn’t use the bathroom. Better communication would prevent this.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, and our room was clean and nice. The man who served our breakfast wasn’t very nice; when I asked him to bring us warmer coffee he said the coffee was just brewed and that was it. My husband asked about the orange juice that was listed as part of the meal, and he said that it was either coffee or orange juice, so since we chose warm coffee we would have to pay extra for the orange juice.
