FKI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL

“FKI Hotel does not exist amd i should get a refund”

This hotel is no longer operational and already closed at the exact location address. They said many customers go there looking for FKI Hotel but it doesn't exist anymore. I hope I get a refund for this very bad experience from trip.com and also please investigate to prevent this from happening to other potential clients. I drove a long way only to find the hotel closed when I arrived, and even the booking confirmation gave me a tiny warning; I was extremely disappointed.

“Property not exist”

The property simply doesn't exist; I need a refund.

“This hotel does not exist anymore. I wasted my money”

I went there and couldn't locate the hotel; it turns out the property has been gone for a while, so I wasted my money.

Nothing to say, the hotel has been replaced by new management and no longer exists.
