Very homely, perfect location for where we needed to be for my sons tournament which was 5mins down the road

The garden was quiet and the setting was lovely, just outside Keri Keri, which made for a peaceful stay.

The continental breakfast was better than expected, but there wasn’t enough bench space for preparing food, a small tweak could fix that.

The location and grounds were superb, and the room itself was excellent and lovely; the hosts were brilliant, kind, friendly, and respectful. Breakfast was included and a real delight, with homemade museli that tasted delicious and cookies that were yummy; we wished we could have eaten more of the generous food. The shower, toilet, etc. were excellent and accessible. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and might have needed a topper, and the large bed was too firm for our liking.

The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts were exceptional, with no major issues; the couple were great at pointing out nearby attractions.
