The sauna was fantastic—very hot and great, and the cold bath at 16.5°C was just right; the relaxation area was well-equipped, so next time I’m in Sapporo I’ll definitely stay here. The room was spotless, and the reception was smooth and informal because it’s combined with a café, which I liked a lot. I wish the breakfast system was explained more clearly; you can’t eat without a reservation, and it would help to have a full list of what’s offered and at what price when you book.

“リピートはないかな”

The two‑tier bed made the kids happy, and having a washing machine in the room was a real convenience. I thought the cleaning was sloppy; there were trash and food crumbs from the previous guest on the floor.

“4－5人部屋はリーズナブルな価格でだけがよかった”

The price is reasonable for a room that fits four to five people, and the two‑bedroom unit was well built. However, the air‑conditioner in the four‑to‑five‑person room hadn’t been cleaned; it was dusty and the unit made a loud noise in both rooms.
