The staff were friendly, but the room wasn’t very clean, it was in disrepair, the closet door knob was broken, there were major scratches on the walls, and holes in the walls were poorly patched. The makeshift security inside lock was not good; the door had to be slammed to close and lock.

It was close to where I wanted to be, but it didn’t feel or look clean. I had to buy rusted items that didn’t work well at night. The sheets looked clean but the room needed a paint job and any metal surface was rusted. It made a ton of noise and the room was uncomfortable. The staff were nice and the morning coffee was hot.

Room cleaning was great, staff was ok. I felt i was double charged for my pet, I paid through booking .Com and still had to pay when I got there for my pet, I would like this looked into, I did get my deposit back from red roof inn, but I feel I am due a refund though

The beds were comfortable, but the elevators were out of service and the curtain in my room was filthy.

I couldn't find anything nice about the place. It was dirty, the bathroom door was worn out, the room smelled moldy and damp, and the hotel looked neglected and old.
