Over the last four years I’ve stayed here many times, often for two or more months at a time, because it’s simply the best value for money; the staff are superb, the location in Kuta is great for whatever you need to do, whether it’s the beach or elsewhere, thanks to its excellent positioning. For me Neo is 100 % and I’ve never considered staying elsewhere in Kuta. Nothing to dislike—this is the best!

I’ve stayed at Neo so many times for a reason—it’s a fantastic hotel with lovely staff all around and close to everything. Look no further if you want quality and value for money!

The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially the receptionist Leony who was amazing. The value for money felt a bit off, though.
