“Loved it”

The staff were exceptional – we so appreciated being able to enter the room on our trip from New Zealand and the room being available straight away for my Mother. She was able to rest before we had our appointment – just exceptional :) The only downside was that there wasn’t a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea for my elderly Mother (maybe I was meant to heat the water up in the microwave) and some long‑life milk would be nicer than the milk powder; otherwise everything was great.

Everything was great: the mall was right there, the beach was close by, and the staff were friendly and nice. Parking, however, wasn’t the best.

“Nothing special”

The breakfast was a let‑down: I had prepaid, yet I waited 30 minutes for a table while half the restaurant was empty.

“It was excellent. Will be booking there again if in the area”

I appreciated the Starbucks on site, the rooftop restaurant, the great employees, the good location, and the overall atmosphere. The washer worked fine, but the dryer advertised as coin‑operated actually only accepted cards. By the time we arrived, the rooftop restaurant had no steak, which was disappointing. I also wish breakfast had started a bit earlier.
