“Good location and food”

I recently stayed at a hotel that had its pros and cons. The rooms were brand new, and the location was ideal, making it easy to get around. However, upon arrival, we encountered some issues with the elevator, which was out of order, forcing us to climb five floors with our luggage. The hotel staff was limited in number, and we had to carry one of our bags ourselves, which was stressful for my elderly parents.
