“Une immersion bienfaisante au cœur de La Réunion authentique”

Perched above Saint‑Paul, Le Ruisseau feels like a peaceful oasis set in a meticulously kept garden. Annick and Philippe are genuinely warm and eager to share, making you feel right at home from breakfast through dinner (the aperitif is a must‑try). Annick even messaged us to check that everything was perfect, and the view from the upper floor is simply breathtaking. The place is huge, fully equipped and extremely comfortable, and Saint‑Paul and the beaches are a 30‑minute drive away, which is typical for La Réunion. The Wi‑Fi was a bit flaky, though the 5G signal worked fine, and the bathroom was somewhat small with no space to set our belongings, but that hardly matters compared with everything Annick and Philippe provided.

The property sits beautifully in the hills, offering fresh air, lush vegetation, birds, and sea views. Anick and Philippe make you feel at home and give great local dining and day‑trip suggestions. We highly recommend them.

We had a fantastic stay with Anick and Philippe. They’re absolutely adorable, very attentive, and give excellent advice. The house is ideally located, with a stunning view. Special shout‑out for the meals and breakfasts we shared with them, and for the musical discoveries!

We liked Philippe and Annick’s warm welcome and hospitality. Their availability and sense of hospitality were great. The garden setting was very pretty, and the location relative to Maïdo, St Paul, and the beaches was convenient. Nothing else to add.
