Overall the staff was great—friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. However, they messed up my reservations: I booked a king room and a double queen, but only two double queens were available. A few small maintenance items were deferred, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The location is great and safe, and the room was clean, but the WiFi didn't work and there were no bedside lights.

Microwave oven in the room. The shade curtain makes the room fairly dark for sleeping, which is very good and important. Large table to put your stuff on it. A major problem I have not experienced in other hotels: The floor of room #221 (and perhaps other rooms) very noticeably vibrates intermittently! Disturbing when sitting at the table working on the computer. We had to change rooms and the next day were given a room in the 3rd floor, which didn't have the vibration problem. Lighting was terrible in both rooms. One room had 4 light bulbs in the room, the other had 3. All weak LED bulbs. Semi-dark rooms! You have gone nuts trying to save on electricity. On a separate note, a room with 2 queen beds was not available
