Mostly the location. Entrance and stairs are very high and steep. Some amenities that should be included were missing (room slippers, bathrobe, …)

The building is new and clean. I booked because it listed PRIVATE PARKING, but the host gave me a list of paid parking spots or told me to park on the blue lines; it wasn’t actually private. Paying for parking is fine, but at least let guests know so they can decide whether to book here.
