The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. Sewage odor was constant in the room and my report got no response. The room is small and dirty. Located beside the railway track, loud train noise can still be clearly heard even with windows shut. The staff had a bad attitude; they gave us the wrong room without any apology or compensation.

Breakfast was extensive and very good. The location was great, metro and bus stops almost at the door. The staff were friendly.

Our room was very beautiful and tastefully designed. It featured super comfortable beds. We felt very well and would recommend the hotel anytime. The hotel is in the Südstadt of Cologne. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. The U-Bahn station is also around the corner. You can easily get to Chlodwigplatz and Bonnerstraße, the city centre (e.g. Dom and Bahnhof), Deutz (e.g. Lanxess-Arena) and Ehrenfeld. Breakfast was fabulous. You should definitely try it! The hotel has a parking garage where you can get parking spots (without prior reservation for 21 €/day) and it has access to the hotel. There is really nothing to complain about!

Very central location, very good breakfast, nice staff, good parking in the parking garage under the hotel. No swimming pool, gym poorly equipped, too expensive for the service.

I had to write down my personal data three times. First, I requested it in advance, then again three days before check‑in, and once more at check‑in. When checking out, I had to write my data again. Sorry, this is a chaotic place. I wanted to pay for the underground parking directly at check‑in because the colleague said it would be better to pay at check‑out. It would be cheaper. At check‑out, another lady said there was no difference in rates.
