“You get what you pay. This is exactly what you think an $80 hotel room is going to look like.”
The location was convenient right next to the interstate, but the staff were rude, the hallway smelled weird, and there were odd stains on the wall that looked like bodily fluids. The woman who checked me in was irritated when I interrupted her personal phone call; she didn’t tell me where my room was or how to find it. When we finally found the elevator—whose permit had expired—we got our room and saw a huge stain on the wall that looked like spit or some other bodily fluid.
“nice overall”
The check‑in was smooth, and the room was spotless. The pool, however, was too hot and unappealing.
“It was fine for the money”
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was tidy and functional. The bed was soft with plenty of pillows, heating and cooling worked well, and the location was close to downtown. The TV and work station were good. The pool was enjoyable, even though I couldn't swim, I liked splashing around. Breakfast lacked sausage and apple juice, and there was hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub drain. Everything else was clean enough that I still disinfected myself. One wall in the pool room was peeling.
“comfortable beds and pillows clean room”
The room was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were nice and helpful.
“Not worth any price to stay there.”
The beds were small yet cozy, and the pillows matched that comfort. On the first floor, every footstep squeaks loudly, and the room smells of feet while feeling damp even with the AC set to 61—no typo. The paint in the pool house peels in chunks, and the wooden ceiling seems to be falling apart.
