The location was spot on. The second room had a couch but no sheets; I handed my friend the bed and ended up sleeping on the couch wrapped in a blanket, hoping it would unfold into a bed but it didn’t. The sitting room lacked a window, and it would have made more sense to place the sitting room in front and the bedroom behind so you don’t walk through it when you come in.

The place is near theaters and restaurants. We weren’t told beforehand that stairs were the only way to reach the second‑floor room, and the furnishings were cramped when the sofa bed opened. No linens were provided for the sofa bed.

We liked the location and the price fit our budget, the water pressure was excellent, and the bed linens were clean. However, there was no coffee maker—only instant coffee. A Keurig with pods would be better. More towel racks and hooks are needed, and the light in the toilet area should be brighter.
