The rooms weren't cleaned unless we asked for it, and they charged us for every single mistake. There was no parking for guests, and they claimed we could park just outside, but we found our car missing and the taxi area was wide open.

The location was nice because we could experience a wide variety of different places. There was no Wi‑Fi as promised and the TV did not work. The room was clean and neat, but security told us we should leave any stains anywhere on the bedding, which I found very odd. Other than that, no other complaints. Like I said, no Wi‑Fi and we were told it would be fixed Saturday morning; the TV is just a normal TV and we were under the impression it was a smart TV because the place had Wi‑Fi, but that was not the case. It felt like false advertising. Honestly, I don’t think we would visit again.

The building feels bad and has an unpleasant odor. I was very disappointed; the whole building clearly needs an upgrade.

I liked the affordable breakfast and the location. There was no WiFi.

It was cheap. The cupboard doors were broken, and the TV had no remote until we eventually found it under the bed, but we still couldn't access anything. The staff seemed unhappy being there, and the complimentary soap was watered down.
