My daughter stayed there, not me, and her key card never worked, ruining her entire visit. The staff couldn't fix the key card at all.

I booked a female‑only room with three single beds and shared it with two other women; the absence of bunk beds made it feel more homely. The room was clean, and even though the other guests seemed to have been there for a while, it didn't bother me; I even chatted pleasantly with one of them. The gentleman at reception was kind and professional, leaving a good impression. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, better than I expected, and I’d consider returning. The room was quite cold, the heating appeared to be centrally controlled and couldn’t be adjusted, but I stayed warm at night using the duvet.

After being wrongfully evicted from Bowden Court hostel, I chose this place for an overnight stay in London; Bowden Court later apologized and refunded me. Leinster House was great!

The stay was great, but it was only okay overall.

The staff were helpful, but the room I stayed in was used by a smoker, which made me unhappy because the hotel is non‑smoking; the room was also messy and I didn't feel safe.
