The location is very close to Higashi‑Mon Station, with plenty of convenience stores and shops nearby, and the staff were all kind, making the stay a positive experience. However, when checking in I was handed a Wi‑Fi password without any guidance on which network to choose; connecting to the hotel’s Wi‑Fi turned out to be a bad experience until I asked for help. The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from the neighboring room, the building, and the road, so if you’re looking for a quiet room you might want to avoid a window‑side room.

The spot is convenient, just a short walk from the East Gate MRT exit, with 7‑11, Paoya, and Din Tai Fung nearby. The overall cleanliness is only average, the equipment feels old, the bed is too soft, and for a two‑night holiday paying $4842 might be a bargain (?)
