The room had a constant fecal odor, likely from plumbing or ventilation problems; it felt as if someone had used the toilet and left a load without flushing every time we opened the bathroom door

The hotel’s location and cleanliness were good. There was no kettle in the room to heat water, and the bathroom was very cramped for anyone taller than 1.80 m.

The castle view turned out better than I expected, and the room was spacious with a bed larger than a standard single, which was comfortable. I wish the amenities had been placed in the room; I only realized after taking a bath that some were missing and couldn’t fetch them, which was inconvenient.

I always stay here when I’m in Nagoya; it’s close to the venue, the staff are impeccable, and the food is tasty. However, the air‑conditioning in my room didn’t work well, making sleep difficult—my mother in the same room didn’t notice, so it seemed like a fault.
