The accommodation was clean, pleasant, and beautifully designed, and there was nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly, the room was big and clean, and the décor was cool, but there was no shuttle to Yotsu‑Yuzawa station, which was a bit far.

We loved the owners’ hospitality, kindness and eagerness to help make our stay perfect; the food was outstanding in choice, quality and cooking; the location was practical with a 5‑10 minute walk to the ski slopes; thank you Kinta & Kenta for introducing us to your family and making our stay truly memorable – we’ll return! The room wasn’t that big, but once everything was organised it was fine, and there was nothing else to dislike about the Kinta Naeba.
