Everything was great! It’s just a few minutes from the railway station and only three stations away from Toyama Station, so it doesn’t take much time to get to the city center. The room was also comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff were very kind and hospitable

The lodge was great. We drove, but it’s also easy to get there by public transport. It’s a two‑story building with guest rooms, a shared kitchen and lounge on the second floor, and three bathrooms on the first floor. The interior and layout are efficient and beautifully simple. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. Even though we spoke Japanese, there are English signs, so they can surely welcome non‑Japanese speaking tourists as well. They keep the shared areas clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay there. Women’s toilets are only on the first floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

It was clean and offered a good price, better than I expected. I forgot my phone charger and borrowed one at the front desk, which was really helpful. The staff were friendly and approachable. I’d definitely stay again when I visit Toyama. No particular complaints.

The only downside was that the vending machine was only on the first floor.
