The breakfast café, service, and location were good, but the ground‑floor rooms near reception were very noisy, the bathroom door had no key, the front door was hard to lock, the toilet and sink were partially clogged with low flow.

The location, comfort, and quality of the meals were great, but I liked everything.

The food and staff service were good, but the room was almost dark, had mediocre equipment, a kettle but no cups, spoons, tea or coffee, only two bedside lamps and one in the entrance, no desk light, a key that obviously didn’t work and when we complained they said it was “decorative”???, no bathroom amenities except a shower cap, and it was the third time I stayed here but never had such a poor room.

The buffet, shower pressure, service, and bar were good, and the cleaning was very good, but the outside noise, the windows that didn’t close, and the shampoo and conditioner were very low quality.

The hotel had good infrastructure, an excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, hot and strong showers, but the heated pool had no kids area.
