The room was spacious and very comfortable, the café on the lobby floor and the hotel entrance décor were stunning. Everything was good!

While the exterior and lobby were beautifully maintained, my overall experience was marred by the outdated facilities and inadequate staff guidance, particularly during evening check-in. The staff seemed to be going through the motions, and the charging ports and TV were antiquated.

“Disappointed to pay a moderate price and get zero amenities”

I was initially pleased with my stay at this hotel, as the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and I appreciated the free parking on site. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool and gym were closed on the days I needed them, and the coffee shop was also unavailable during my stay. This lack of amenities made me question my decision to book this hotel in the first place.
