The room was nice, but check‑in wasn’t possible until 6:00 pm; 80 % of the guests were there for an annual city event, yet no accommodation was arranged for that expected schedule and arrival, and breakfast wasn’t offered until after the event had started.

Breakfast offered a limited selection, though the omelette bar was excellent; free coffee was available all day, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and tidy, and our room was tidy too; the indoor swimming pool was great. A more varied breakfast selection would have been better.

The building interior is absolutely beautiful when you walk in. It feels fresh and clean . The breakfast was a nice plus with fresh cooked options. We were guests for 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned. I had to empty the trash myself. Go to the lobby desk to get towels, Kleenex and coffee . I'm not happy about that
