The room was overall dirty and many outlets were unusable because they were broken.

The room was spacious and the air‑conditioner worked, but the bathroom drain was clogged, the room was covered in dust, cleaning seemed limited to swapping the bed sheets, and there was a lot of dust in the corners, on the bed panel and TV stand; a thorough cleaning would make this place decent.

The room felt roomy, the amenities were plentiful, the price matched or beat business‑hotel rates, VOD was unlimited, and there was a cheap, tasty izakaya nearby; however, the fixtures felt dated (though they were clean), the station was far away, and there weren’t many dinner options close by.

The facilities are well‑equipped and the food menu is extensive, but the only room I happened to stay in had a broken faucet – water would flow but there was no tap, so it spilled onto the floor.
