The only positives of the apartment were the two air conditioners and the smart TV. Unfortunately, we were otherwise not satisfied with our stay. The apartment did not seem properly cleaned – there was limescale in the bathroom, empty cleaning product containers, a used dishcloth in the kitchen that smelled unpleasant, the washing machine smelled unpleasant (maybe because most of the cleaning supplies were empty.). There was not even any hand soap. We also found empty hotel-sized toiletry bottles in the wardrobe, which seemed rather strange. The apartment also felt unfinished in places – for example, the toilet seat was not properly secured, and the window screen was stuck, making it impossible to access the clothes drying rack. The worst part, however, was the communication. The owner did not keep to the confirmed check-in time and provided no instructions regarding check-out. Only after the agreed check-out time had passed and we contacted her did she briefly reply that we should simply pull the door shut
