A non‑smoking private room at GARE, five minutes from Garibaldi, offers calm travelers a modern retreat with air‑conditioning, free Wi‑Fi, and a washing machine. The suite features a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and tiled floors. Located steps from the tram stop, it sits within 1 km of Garibaldi Square, Nice Opéra, and 1.7 km from Plage Castel and MAMAC, with Nice Côte d’Azur Airport 8 km away.

The proximity to essential services (tram, train station, grocery) was great; the place was clean, the owner friendly, and the equipment was good.

The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a washing machine, and the wifi worked well. The room felt cramped, lacked air conditioning inside and only had it in the hallway, the bathroom was dirty, and we couldn’t shut the freezer.
