The place is a solid option for exploring Bologna and its surroundings, especially since it’s close to the train station. The neighborhood is calm and the view from the window is nice. For the price, there isn’t a lot to offer.

The spot is unbeatable – only a 10‑minute walk from the train station and near the town centre. It felt safe and quiet at night. The room was clean, comfy, and the AC was a lifesaver on that sweltering day. The San Luca view from the window was a treat. A shared kitchen stocked with everything was a nice touch, and the luggage storage was handy. Check‑in was seamless with clear, helpful instructions, and Federica had thought of everything to make the stay great.
