“No mosquito repellent”

The location was fine, but the washroom had a leaking tap.

“Great location and staff but poor facility”

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff were friendly and helpful, my experience was marred by a dirty room with a pan splattered all over the wall. The beds were not clean, and the cleaners didn't have any fresh linen. To make matters worse, the room felt more like a budget hotel than a place suitable for families.

“Never use to book hotels”

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was not provided with the accommodation I had paid for. The experience was extremely frustrating, as I had confirmed my booking multiple times over the phone, only to be told that the hotel was fully booked due to a wedding party. When I tried to reach out to the support team, I received no response.

My stay at this hotel was a letdown, as everything I encountered was dirty. From the room to the facilities, nothing seemed to be clean or well-maintained. It was a disappointing experience that left a bad taste in my mouth.

“❤️”

I'm still trying to make sense of my recent stay at a hotel that seemed to be going through a phase of utter confusion. When I asked the staff about the hotel's quality, they simply replied "GOOD", which didn't give me any clear indication of what to expect. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a series of disappointments, including the hotel's inability to provide any services or amenities that I had come to expect.
