The people are incredibly kind, and the rooms are beautiful and cozy. The Riad sits in narrow alleys where anyone can help you, and it’s very close to the center and the souks. The only thing I’d improve is the cleaning of both pools and the rooftop terrace, which is lovely but seems a bit neglected.

Some staff members were very friendly, but the room was much smaller than we expected, including the bed. The room was not sound‑proof at all and we spent the night before leaving completely awake to noises and voices of people until late at night. Prices are much higher than in Morocco, so we advise against dining at the riad; you can find better options at a much lower price. For what we paid for the stay, we expected a lot more!

My room was very nice and comfortable, and the Riad’s location was great too! The central atrium has a nice plunge pool that was wonderful for cooling off on hot days. Even though it’s in the medina, the Riad offered a lot of peace and you couldn’t hear much outside except for birds chirping once you were in Riad Amina. The staff were great, especially Kalthoum (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) who was incredibly hospitable and easy to talk to, offering fantastic recommendations for day trips and general advice. The only downside was that my room was on the first floor; while that was fine, the sound from people eating dinner later at night or enjoying the atrium would travel into my room. Most nights it was quiet or not excessively late, but this seems to be a general side effect of staying in Riads regardless of how nice the accommodations are.

The breakfast was super complete. The location was also correct within the limits of the medina. The room was a bit small but we managed fine. Some guests who arrived a few days later were quite annoying and disrespectful of the quiet that characterizes the riad. Marrakech is a fairly noisy city and a bit of peace is appreciated when you arrive at the riad. Anyway, this is unrelated to the accommodation staff.
