“Poor rating”

When we arrived at midnight, the staff member was very friendly and pleasant, and sufficient. The parking situation is not easy to find the specific parking info on the website. The pool says heated but it was not. We had to pay a $50 fee to stay and are supposed to get that back, but we still haven’t been reimbursed for that fee.

“Some pluses and some big negatives”

The front desk lady was super helpful and friendly, and the bed was quite cozy. We didn’t hit the pool, but it looked appealing, and breakfast that morning was really tasty with a warm welcome from the lady who was cooking. Both of your female staff earned an A+. On the downside, the shower was filthy—hair everywhere in the tub and on the curtain, and we even found hairs on the towels. It was disgusting! We’ve stayed here at least once every summer to pick up our grandchildren, but this was the first time I’ve been so disappointed and paid almost 250 dollars, more than ever before. I probably won’t come back because it’s too expensive for such a nasty room.
