I loved the location, the large room, and everything was spotless and tidy! I wish there had been a way to get hot water for tea or coffee outside breakfast hours—making tea at night would have been nice.

The room was well furnished and the bathroom was spacious and excellent.

The room was big, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness impeccable. The décor was minimal but functional, and the bathroom was large and clean (a bit retro). Breakfast featured homemade cakes. Highly recommended.

The location is good, yet the room lacks a coffee machine and kettle.

A real gem, well kept in the heart of Fabriano, but the air‑conditioning unit sits in the middle of the room.
