A beautiful Riad, very well maintained. The room was too basic: the beds were very comfortable but there was only one light, one power outlet, and practically no hangers.

The reception and the staff’s friendliness, plus the beautiful accommodation, were all that mattered—nothing else to say.

I was really disappointed: the customer service was awful, staff behaved disrespectfully and unprofessionally, the place felt closed‑in, unwelcoming, and dirty, and they even keep your money if you cancel. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The location, right in the center of the medina, was great, but there was no parking reserved for tenants, no hot water (reported several times), the manager’s reception was odd (charging stay fees to absent people), and the riad’s soundproofing was lacking.
