The room smelled damp. After we asked for an exterior room, they told us there were several available, that it was empty, and that we should pay an extra 10 euros. I refused. I explained that there were no different room categories for booking, with or without balcony, and they told me not to book through Booking because they took an abusive commission, and that next time I should call them directly, which obviously won’t happen. The place does not resemble the photos on the website, the sea is not visible. We were given a first‑floor room facing the neighbors’ attached houses, and all night we heard them arguing with racist and xenophobic comments. A horror.
