The accommodation concept is pretty and original, and the breakfast surprised me for the better: it’s kept in a fridge in a common area, tasty and quite complete, with the option to cook your eggs to your liking. WhatsApp communication was good and helped organise the stay. However, the room is quite basic and needs more upkeep: the walls had many stains and the towel radiator had lost part of its paint. These details dim the accommodation and should be cared for more. The location is also a factor to consider, as it’s not in the centre of Puerto Natales and you need a car to move comfortably. In short, it’s an attractive concept with a good breakfast, but it needs better maintenance and room care to match the photos.

“Decepción”

The décor and cleanliness of the dormitory modules and the common area module are solid, and the breakfast is tasty and complete. I think the pictures shown on booking mislead, because the hotel isn’t in a quiet, secluded spot but surrounded by ugly houses and cabins. They’re also building more cabins, so there are builders, construction materials and noise. The heating is extremely high, 30 degrees when arriving in the afternoon/night, and you have to open the door to lower the temperature a bit. Very unpleasant.

“La atención no estuvo a la altura del precio pagado”

Las cabañas son de diseño y super lindas. La cama es muy cómoda, y la habitación bien calentita. Pagamos esta habitación específicamente para poder usar la tina de agua caliente durante las 2 noches. Llegamos la primera noche y el agua de la tina estaba hirviendo, literalmente imposible de utilizar. Le escribimos a la encargada y nos indicó que no se podía agregar agua fría, sino únicamente apagar el termostato automático. Esperamos aproximadamente una hora y el agua no bajaba de temperatura, por lo que salí a buscar un palo para poder mover el agua y acelerar el enfriamiento. Aun así, no fue suficiente. Continué buscando alguna solución y encontré una manguera a lo lejos, que conecté al grifo para poder agregar agua fría. Fue lo que finalmente nos permitió utilizar la tina; de lo contrario, no hubiéramos podido usarla. Consideramos que tener que resolver por nuestra cuenta un problema básico de la habitación no corresponde con el precio que pagamos por el alojamiento. La atención y la solución recibida tampoco estuvieron a la altura del precio de la habitación ni de lo que se ofrece al reservarla

“Muy agradable”

The place was modern, clean and functional, and the area was very quiet for resting; it’s only a 10‑minute drive from the city center. The only downside was that one morning we didn’t have hot water.

“I enjoyed my stay here”

The design feels very contemporary and artistic, and the exterior façade is absolutely stunning; the staff were helpful and the interior facilities are good. The location is a bit far from the center, and Uber drivers sometimes cancel my rides because of terrible road conditions.
