The old‑style luxury was fabulous, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, and I received a very lovely room upgrade on the day, but I loved everything.

The location was great relative to the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park, and the room decor was beautiful, yet the next room’s decorating started early with some banging around.
