The hotel sits on the main street of the famous Abbas Al Qadim district, making it a lively hub that gives easy access to all basic amenities and a range of top restaurants and cafés. The level of care and organization goes beyond description, thanks mainly to the owner, Dr. Hussein Shahin, who stays on hand and follows up relentlessly to clear any obstacles for guests, using every available resource to ensure maximum comfort and safety, not to mention his generous hospitality and noble character that leaves a lasting good impression. Reception is handled superbly by Ms. Noorhan, who goes to great lengths to serve travelers with a refined style and a warm approach that makes you feel at home. The entire staff, from the accounts officer and public relations manager to the service crew and assistants, perform their duties flawlessly and proactively to meet visitors’ expectations. All of this makes the hotel a model of exemplary hospitality and exceptional service, and I strongly recommend staying here to all visitors, with a sincere desire to repeat the experience on future visits, God willing.

“تجربة سكن جميله جداً جداً”

The location and all the services under the roof are close to malls and tourist spots. A café offering drinks with a street view, the breakfast was varied and beautiful. The reception staff were at the peak of taste and manners – Ms. Nairman and Mr. Hani do a wonderful job for the guest’s comfort, providing all requests from the heart. I thank them deeply and recommend staying at this location; cleanliness, security, services and all comforts are available. Ms. Nesrin’s communication from booking to arrival was top‑class, respectful, and punctual. 🌹🌹🌹🌹

“جيد نوعاً ما”

The staff were very friendly, especially Ms. Noorhan. The noise was extremely annoying, and I think a solution would be to change the window system by adding sound‑proof windows given the hotel’s busy location.
