The modern house had an in‑room bathroom, which was nice. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes because the key holder didn’t have the entrance key. The kitchen still carried a strong smoke smell even though the cleaning lady changed the linens; as I don’t smoke, it was quite bothersome. Below the room is a bar and the windows aren’t double‑glazed, so you can hear everything happening below.

“Not recommended and potentially unsafe”

The location was good and the room was clean. The host arrived quickly for check‑in, but nobody from the team was around during my stay, even though I was sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and fridge with strangers… see the negative part for details. I travel a lot for work and usually adapt quickly, but this time there were serious issues. All shared facilities—kitchen, fridge, living room—were used by strangers with no B&B staff present, which wasn’t clearly stated in the description. Someone kept shouting on the phone all night in the living room with his girlfriend, and I couldn’t tell if he was drunk or simply aggressive. I didn’t feel safe and no one was there to intervene. I was locked inside my room while someone shouted outside the door. The listing claimed a walking shower in the room, but it was actually a shared bathroom used by other guests. I don’t recommend this place and won’t return.

The location was excellent, though nearby parking is paid. In the other rooms of the apartment there were additional guests, which wasn’t mentioned by the manager and was an unpleasant surprise; we would have preferred to know this at booking confirmation. The apartment had only one bathroom, and we didn’t feel comfortable. The shower wasn’t enclosed, so water stayed on the floor and the bathroom stayed flooded.

“Soggiorno tranquillo da visitatore breve (2 giorni)”

I stayed in a centrally located room with convenient parking, a comfortable bed, spotless sheets, and a plentiful B&B‑style breakfast. I would have liked a small bottle of fruit juice or yogurt. The coffee machine and kettles in the shared breakfast area were handy. The downside was the loud chatter from the bar below, and my room had no private bathroom, so I used the shared one.
