The customer service was super friendly, but the room was dirty, outdated, and the price was super high, making it feel like a horrible hostel; we left before the end of the stay because dogs started barking from 6 am and the hotel was terrible.

I liked everything about this hotel—the staff, the decorating, the location, etc.—but when I made the reservation I ensured we had a private bath, only to discover it was outside our room in the hallway; although it was locked and had a key, each time we wanted to shower we had to leave our room, so the hotel should be much clearer that the private bath will be inside and attached to the bedroom, not in the hall.
