The stay was wonderful: the staff were so welcoming, the private outdoor onsen was beautiful, and the food was incredible—definitely a 10/10 highlight of my trip.

Everything was very exclusive and well kept; I didn’t give a 5 for the location because I didn’t drive, but the hotel offered a free shuttle from the bus stop.
