The motel boasts an atrium and an indoor pool, but it lacks an elevator to the second floor, a fact that isn’t mentioned anywhere during booking. Disabled guests need to call the hotel—despite having already booked—to confirm a ground‑floor room, and the manager refused to refund the charge, so we’re not returning.
