“A pleasant vacation in October, beautiful landscape, good swimming experience, sandy beach.”

The spot is great, especially the sea‑view rooms on the third floor. We chose the all‑inclusive option and it worked fine for us – every day we found something tasty to eat and, of course, drinks. The hotel sits right on the beach, so a swim is super convenient. Overall, the value for money was solid and we had a good time. The staff could work on their client‑relations skills; a few of them weren’t very attentive to guests’ needs.

I only had yogurt and cereal; that was my choice. Overall, I noticed a lack of professionalism compared to other foreign all‑inclusive clubs that offer much higher quality.

The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast staff were kind and helpful. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited for such a large hotel. There wasn’t much to do when it rained. To get a frappe at breakfast you had to go to the pool bar, order it, and pay – the alternative was the coffee machine. The hotel is pricey for the limited services. Also, note that the water park was closed during our stay, even though it was supposedly included in the all‑inclusive package; we were refunded, which was a relief.
