Nothing at all! A whole lot of things! The room was located on the backside by an old wooden, dilapidated fence, which was spooky. The room itself was old, beat up, and dirty, and it was also a small room in terrible shape! (The toilet seat was broken right off!). The floor creaked in the bathroom! I could go on and on just how bad it actually was!

The spot was just great, right in the middle of everything.

The outdoor area was better maintained than the inside. I never used the pool or jacuzzi. The room had dust and the trim around the floor was visibly dirty, and I had to kill a huge spider. Chips were stuck in the walls and the toilet paper dispenser was off the wall. Only one washcloth was provided and there was no coffee pot. The sheets, toilet and sink were clean.

There was no breakfast, but the location was nice and the hot tub was a plus. The room wasn’t that clean, the door was broken, and the bathroom lock wasn’t working.

It was close to the place I wanted to go to. The property needs maintenance.
