The ambience was pleasant, the room was spacious enough for two people to move around comfortably, and the staff was undeniably helpful. Parking was ample, so I never had to worry, and the balcony was large enough to sit and relax with family and friends. However, the wifi was completely non‑functional, forcing me to rely on my own hotspot; the fan was too loud to use at night during summer, and the bathroom flush needs repair.

The staff members are very polite and did everything promptly to keep us happy, showing punctuality and discipline; Mr Rupam da is always ready to help and guide, a very nice person, I can say. Still, there are many small things that could be improved with a few suggestions from us, depending on how they respond.
