Nothing. Booked 2 rooms (26m2 with garden view), 1 room was approx 15m2 with an extremely large shared balcony with other guests ( workers ) walking around and having the ability to look in the bathroom window directly at the shower, the view was of a car park with major construction work taking place, the other room was approx 10m2 with a small shared balcony also with other guests (workers) walking around, the view was of the roof of part of the building, the 2 rooms were in different buildings having to go outside to get from one room to the other via construction area not what I had booked months in advance. The next morning when we complained and requested the manager, he asked why we stayed if we were not happy, he was told that it was late at night and we had no other option, he said that he could have arranged for us to stay at a different hotel ( not his) but if he couldn’t arrange my booking with months of notice I don’t think he could have done that either, when taking my friend to the small room he failed to make it clear that he was the manager and quickly disappeared when I was not happy and left his employee to deal with us, in the morning we were offered omelette, omelette or omelette for breakfast and while eating our omelette we heard another guest complain about the size of their room and how a worker had walked in on them while they were naked, the manager had a bad attitude and even spoke down to my partner showing no respect whatsoever, he even stood up at the table and moved gradually from chair to chair getting closer to my partner until I stood up, he seemed to be under the impression that because I had made the booking that my partner had no right to complain however she had paid half of the booking fee and was perfectly within her rights to complain, my friend found hairs in her bed and her bathroom was dirty, we were told that the room size included the balcony, so based on the extremely large balcony I’m surprised that I had enough room for a

Чисто в номерах. Зручне ліжко Швидке заселення. Заїзд з дороги без покриття. В дощ буде болото Поруч з готелем собака всі ніч лаяла.Зранку почали ворони не давати спокою.Дуже гучно. В номерах немає холодильника В ванній нема місця для щіток,баночок,ні для чого ,навіть на умивальнику В 9.30 вже прийшов клінінг,хоча ми тільки в 1 ночі приїхали. Розбудили нас… При заселенні сказали ,що сніданок і будь який час. По факту до 11.00 Сніданок жахливий. Принесли плеснявий хліб. Не смачний омлет. 3 різних сніданка замовили-все було несмачно. Кава теж гидота
Персонал супер, хороший завтрак. Очень грязно, накурено

Nos atendieron muy bien es un hotel donde hacen bodas. Habitación muy cómoda. Restaurante de buena calidad. Estan de obras y te lías un poco para saber por donde entrar
