“Alojamiento en el centro de Palermo”

The spot was great, but we were charged 30€ for arriving 30 minutes past check‑in, and after 8 pm the staff only contacted us by phone and spent 5 minutes telling us how to access the building and room. If they’d sent the instructions via WhatsApp (as they do elsewhere at no extra cost) we could have followed them without hassle. In short, we never needed personal attention.

“Perfect central location, yet an unpleasant issue with the breakfast arrangement.”

The hotel sits in a prime spot in Palermo, yet I never got to try the breakfast. I chose it because of rave reviews about its tasty breakfast, but the room booklet listed a buffet from 8:00‑10:30 and said room service required pre‑notification. When I arrived during those hours the staff stared at me in surprise and told me breakfast wasn’t included with my stay. I felt embarrassed in front of other guests and was told to eat outside. Loud music from passing cars can be heard at night—acceptable for me but a problem for light sleepers. The staff should remind guests of breakfast rules up front to avoid awkward moments. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and the hotel needs consistent and transparent breakfast policies.

“Really enjoyed the location, facility and our stay.”

The suites are right in the city centre, just 100 metres from Teatro Massimo, and the rooms are well equipped; Stephania and Giacomo were welcoming and great hosts, and the breakfast was lovely, featuring local delicacies in a spacious setting.
