The hotel sits in a great spot, which made getting around easy. Apart from that, everything was just fine.

The staff were top‑notch and the location was convenient, but the noise from the boardwalk parties could be heard at night.

The place is right on the boardwalk, a block from the historic centre and tourist sites, and the room offered a lovely lake view with outstanding service. However, being on the main street means you hear a lot of street and nightlife noise, which is only tolerable for a short stay. There’s no on‑site parking, so you have to find a private or public lot that costs about 24,000 COP per day, and the room wasn’t as clean as expected—the mattress and floor had hair on them.
